01 Project Scope & System Objectives
Axios Media Group will engineer, deploy, and maintain an automated municipal document intelligence pipeline for The San Diego Union-Tribune. The pipeline continuously monitors public municipal agenda portals (including City of San Diego Hyland OnBase, County Board of Supervisors, and Open DSD APIs), executes high-speed hybrid OCR on disorganized packets, reconstructs multi-page tables, and delivers pre-compiled Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) verification dossiers directly to assigned beat desks.

Axios Media Group is legally prohibited from disclosing, discussing, publishing, or sharing any client information or project details with third parties or in public marketing materials without prior explicit written authorization from the Client.
